By using this website and the client area of Vertex X Soft ("we", "us") you agree to these terms.

1. The website

The website describes our software development services and lets you send requests. Information on the site is for general purposes and is not a binding offer. Prices, deadlines and scope are agreed separately in writing.

2. Client area account

• You give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may block or remove accounts that break these terms or threaten the security of the service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not upload malware or unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, overload or probe the service, or use it to send spam or harass others. Messages and files in the client area must relate to work with us.

4. Content and intellectual property

You keep your rights to the materials you submit and allow us to use them only to provide the services you ask for. The site design, texts and code are owned by Vertex X Soft. Rights to the results of a paid project are transferred as set out in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat project materials as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or the client area. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
