This policy explains what personal data Vertex X Soft ("we") collects through this website and the client area, why we collect it and what rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Request forms (order, job application, contact): name, email, phone or Telegram (optional), the message you write, project budget and timeline, and for job applications your links, experience and the résumé file you attach.
• Client area account: name, email, a password stored only as a salted hash, the language you choose, and the content you create there: messages, projects, tasks and uploaded files.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs created by our hosting and by Cloudflare while the site is delivered and protected from abuse.

2. Why we use it

• to answer your request, prepare an estimate and communicate with you;
• to consider your job application;
• to provide the client area and project work;
• to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix errors.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie, vx_session, which keeps you signed in to the client area (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict). We also store your cookie-banner choice in your browser (local storage). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Who can see your data

Only our team members who need it to handle your request. Messages in the client area are visible only to the participants of the conversation. We do not sell personal data. Technical providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (CDN, security and incoming email routing) and our server hosting provider.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), passwords are hashed, access to the client area is protected by session cookies and rate limiting, and the server accepts connections only through Cloudflare. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, write to us through the contact form on the website. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The site is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
